1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, submitting an intake form, or engaging any service provided by AI Genie Solutions ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Client," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

These Terms apply to all clients, visitors, and others who access or use our services, including our website at geniesolution.ai and all associated platforms.

AI Genie Solutions provides artificial intelligence consulting, development, and managed services, including but not limited to:

The specific scope of services, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each engagement will be defined during the onboarding process and confirmed in writing prior to project commencement.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time, with reasonable advance notice to active clients.

3. Payments & Fees

Setup Fee

Most service engagements require a one-time setup fee payable prior to project commencement. This fee covers initial discovery, design, development, and deployment of your AI solution.

Monthly Subscription

Ongoing hosting, maintenance, monitoring, and support services are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Your first monthly payment is due upon go-live of your service.

Payment Terms

Custom & Enterprise Pricing

Enterprise and custom engagements are priced individually. Pricing, payment schedules, and milestones for these engagements will be defined in a separate written agreement or Statement of Work (SOW).

4. Satisfaction Guarantee & Refunds

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with your AI assistant within the first 30 days after go-live, contact us and we will work to resolve the issue. If we cannot resolve it to your reasonable satisfaction, we will issue a prorated refund of your first monthly fee.

Setup fees are non-refundable after project work has commenced, as they cover labor and resources already invested in your engagement.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@geniesolution.ai within the 30-day window. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 10 business days.

5. Cancellation

No long-term contracts. Monthly subscription services may be canceled at any time with written notice.

Your Content

You retain full ownership of all content, documents, data, and materials you provide to us ("Client Content"). By providing Client Content, you grant AI Genie Solutions a limited, non-exclusive license to use it solely for the purpose of delivering your contracted services.

Our Work Product

Upon receipt of full payment for a completed project, you own the custom configuration, prompts, and knowledge base built specifically for your business. AI Genie Solutions retains ownership of all underlying frameworks, tools, methodologies, and proprietary systems used to deliver the service.

Our Platform

All website content, branding, software, and materials created by AI Genie Solutions are our exclusive property and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

9. AI Services Disclaimer

AI systems, including large language models, can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected outputs. AI Genie Solutions makes no guarantee that AI-generated responses will be error-free, and we are not liable for decisions made based on AI output.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration in Hillsborough County, Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You waive any right to bring claims as a class action or in a representative capacity.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For active clients, we will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes via email.

Your continued use of our services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
